Waiter / Waitress (Fine Dining)
About the role
Don Signature Crab is an established coastal fine-dining restaurant known for premium seafood and carefully curated seasonal menus. We combine Singaporean seafood traditions with refined plating and attentive front-of-house service in a relaxed but polished dining room. You will be part of a small, skilled FOH team serving a mix of locals and tourists, with strong dinner cover and weekend demand.
The Waiter/Waitress (Fine Dining) role requires consistent, professional table service: taking reservations, advising on menu and wine pairings, running courses smoothly, and ensuring each guest receives attentive, discreet care. You will work closely with the kitchen and beverage teams to maintain timing and quality standards, and help uphold our reputation for polished service and guest satisfaction.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a structured service environment and are committed to learning elevated dining routines — from silver service basics to allergy-aware communication and upselling techniques. We offer training on menu knowledge, beverage pairing and guest engagement, with opportunities for progression into supervisory FOH roles.
