Service Crew (Japanese Restaurant)
About the role
Join Don Signature Crab's Japanese dining concept located in the Orchard / Somerset precinct. Our outlet focuses on approachable izakaya-style dishes and shareable plates, serving both weekday office crowds and evening diners. The team values speed, consistency and friendly hospitality.
As Service Crew you will be the face of the restaurant: greeting guests, taking orders, running food and ensuring tables are turned efficiently without compromising guest experience. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a lively restaurant setting, can work efficiently under pressure and are comfortable with evening and weekend shifts.
We offer on-the-job training, clear progression paths into senior FOH roles, and a supportive team environment. If you take pride in service standards and want steady full-time F&B work in a central location, this role is a good fit.
