Senior Chef
About the role
Golden Wok Singapore is a busy, Singapore-style casual restaurant specialising in smoky wok-fried noodles, seafood stir-fries and crowd-pleasing sharing plates. We serve a mix of CBD lunch crowds, neighbourhood families and delivery customers across dinner and weekend trade.
As Senior Chef you will be hands-on at the wok station during peak service, mentor and train junior cooks, and maintain consistent taste, portioning and plating standards. You will also plan daily prep, help refine specials, manage stock rotation and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
This role suits a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (hawker-style wok station and zi char influences), who takes pride in clear communication, disciplined mise en place and developing a dependable line team. There are opportunities to grow into a Head Chef or multi-outlet role as the business expands.
