Restaurant Manager (QSR / Casual Dining)
About the role
Central Bites Group operates a portfolio of contemporary casual-dining and quick-service concepts popular with the CBD lunch crowd and after-work diners. This outlet in Tanjong Pagar serves fast-casual Asian-fusion dishes with a focus on speed, consistency and high-quality customer experience.
The Restaurant Manager will be the day-to-day leader on-site: managing a team of service crew and supervisors, ensuring operational efficiency during peak lunch periods, maintaining stock and financial controls, and delivering excellent guest service. This role suits a proactive manager used to high-volume, fast-paced environments who can balance people management with commercial discipline. There's clear career progression within the group for candidates who demonstrate leadership, process improvement and multi-outlet readiness.
