Outlet Supervisor (Cafe Chain)
About the role
Bean & Blossom is a growing neighbourhood café chain serving specialty coffee, all-day brunch and light local-inspired bites across multiple heartland and suburban locations. Our Tampines outlet caters to a busy morning coffee crowd, lunch office workers and steady weekend footfall from shoppers and families.
The Outlet Supervisor will be the on-floor leader for service standards, staff training and daily operations. You will manage opening and closing procedures, oversee barista and light-kitchen processes, handle customer feedback professionally and support inventory control and cash handling. This role suits someone who thrives in a busy café environment and wants a stepping-stone to multi-outlet supervision or operations roles.
We offer structured in-house training, clear progression paths to Area Supervisor or Operations roles, and a supportive owner-operated group culture. If you're organised, customer-focused and enjoy coaching teammates, you'll fit well at Bean & Blossom.
