Our Tampines outlet caters to a busy morning coffee crowd, lunch office workers and steady weekend footfall from shoppers and families.

The Outlet Supervisor will be the on-floor leader for service standards, staff training and daily operations. You will manage opening and closing procedures, oversee barista and light-kitchen processes, handle customer feedback professionally and support inventory control and cash handling. This role suits someone who thrives in a busy café environment and wants a stepping-stone to multi-outlet supervision or operations roles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service during peak breakfast and lunch periods
• Train and coach baristas and service crew on coffee techniques, POS use and customer service standards
• Open and close the outlet, including cash reconciliation, safe handling and end-of-day reporting
• Monitor product quality and presentation for coffee and food items; perform regular quality checks
• Manage inventory basics: daily stock counts, assist with ordering and report stock discrepancies
• Create and manage staff rosters in coordination with area manager to meet service needs
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a café or fast-casual F&B outlet, with at least 6 months in a supervisory or shift-lead role
• Hands-on barista skills with familiarity operating espresso machines and standard coffee recipes
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash reconciliation
• Good communication skills in English; ability to lead and motivate small teams
• Willingness to work shifts including early mornings, weekends and public holidays on rotation
• Basic understanding of stock control and ordering procedures
• Eligible to work in Singapore
