About the role

Don Signature Crab is a fast-growing casual seafood restaurant group known for its signature chilli and black pepper crab, family-friendly dining and active delivery presence across Singapore. We operate full-service outlets and cater private events, with a focus on strong digital-first customer acquisition and community engagement.

The Marketing Executive (F&B) will own social media content, customer CRM, influencer and partnership outreach, and campaign analytics. You will work closely with operations and kitchen teams to turn menu launches and seasonal promotions into high-performing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and food delivery platforms.

This role suits a creative, organised marketer comfortable in a hands-on setting — producing short-form video, writing food copy, coordinating shoots and supporting events that may run on evenings and weekends. There is strong scope for growth into a senior marketing role as the group expands into more outlets and catering services.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and delivery platforms to drive dine-in and delivery sales
  • Produce and manage content calendars, short-form videos, photography briefs and copy for menus, promos and seasonal campaigns
  • Manage influencer and media outreach, negotiate collaborations and coordinate tasting events
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs (engagement, CTR, conversions, AOV) using Google Analytics and platform insights
  • Coordinate with operations and kitchen for product launches, shoots and event activation logistics
  • Run email/SMS CRM campaigns, maintain customer database and implement retention tactics (offers, birthday promos, loyalty)
  • Work within marketing budget, track spend and liaise with external agencies/ freelancers
  • Support on-ground events and pop-ups, including occasional evening and weekend presence

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Comm or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in F&B, hospitality or food retail
  • Proven experience creating social media content (reels, short videos) and copywriting for food brands
  • Hands-on with social ad managers, Google Analytics and basic performance reporting
  • Proficiency with Canva, basic photo/video editing (Premiere Rush, CapCut or equivalent); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin or Malay is advantageous for local outreach
  • Ability to work flexible hours for shoots, events and weekend activations
  • Eligible to work in Singapore

Work schedule

Typical week: 5.5 days per week; core office hours Monday–Friday with rostered weekend or evening commitments for events and shoots.

  • Standard office hours: 9:30am–6:30pm (with hybrid WFH days possible)
  • Event / activation shifts: evenings or weekends (rotational)
  • Flexible shoot days which may require split hours or full-day on-site presence
