Kitchen Porter
About the role
Don Signature Crab is a popular casual seafood restaurant serving local-style chilli and black pepper crab alongside zi char favourites. We operate a high-volume kitchen that handles walk-in diners, delivery and weekend peak crowds, particularly during dinner and public holidays.
As a Kitchen Porter you will be the backbone of the back-of-house team — ensuring dishes and equipment are clean, food prep surfaces are sanitised, and waste is managed correctly. You’ll work closely with chefs and kitchen assistants to keep service running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
This is an ideal role for someone starting a career in F&B or looking for steady full-time work with clear routines. We offer on-the-job training, staff meals, and opportunities to progress into kitchen assistant or commis roles for motivated candidates.
