Halal Kitchen Supervisor
About the role
Selera Halal Kitchen is a fast-growing halal central kitchen and catering operator supplying heartland foodcourts, corporate lunches and delivery platforms across the western and central districts. We operate a high-volume prep and dispatch facility focused on consistent quality, food safety and timely deliveries.
The Halal Kitchen Supervisor will be the on-shift leader responsible for maintaining MUIS halal standards, supervising line cooks and prep staff, managing stock rotations and ensuring orders leave the kitchen correctly. This role suits an organised supervisor with prior halal kitchen or central kitchen experience who is comfortable with fast-paced operations, SOP-driven processes and cross-team coordination (logistics, FOH and account managers). There is scope for career progression into kitchen manager or operations roles as the business expands.
