The Inhouse Chef Studio

About the role

The Inhouse Chef Studio is the creative arm supporting a small group of F&B concepts — from modern zi char and kopitiam-style breakfast cafes to a boutique bistro in the CBD. We produce menus, in-store graphics, digital promos and POS collateral, and we work closely with chefs, operations and marketing to ensure brand consistency and beautiful food presentation.

You will be responsible for end-to-end design of printed menus, seasonal promos, in-store signage and social media assets. Day-to-day work includes concepting, layout, preparing print-ready files, liaising with photographers and printers, and adapting assets for digital channels and on-premise displays. The role suits a designer who understands paper stocks, finishing, bleed/margin settings and can balance creative flair with practical production constraints.

This is an opportunity to join a busy, food-focused creative team with exposure to multiple F&B concepts, regular photoshoots and fast-turnaround promotions. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment where your design decisions influence guest experience and front-of-house presentation, this role offers visibility, variety and clear scope for growth into senior design or creative lead positions.
