Food Photographer / Stylist
About the role
Don's Signature Crab is a Singapore-based seafood restaurant group known for its chilli crab, crab feasts and approachable modern coastal dining. We are expanding our in-house creative capability to produce consistent visual content across social media, menus, delivery platforms and seasonal campaigns.
You will work closely with the marketing team, chefs and operations to plan shoots, style seafood and plated dishes (including wet food/sticky sauces), photograph in both ambient restaurant settings and controlled studio environments, and handle retouching and asset management. This is a hybrid role: expect regular on-site shoots at our East Coast outlets and dedicated editing days at our studio/office.
This position suits a detail-oriented photographer who understands food textures, lighting for glossy/sauce-heavy dishes, and quick turnaround schedules typical in F&B. There is opportunity to lead creative shoots, build a branded food library, and influence menu imagery across the group's channels.
