About the role

Don Signature Crab is a popular seafood-focused casual dining and delivery brand known for chilli and black pepper crab sets, caterings and family-style meals. With strong weekend demand, especially for delivery to heartland estates and CBD lunch orders, we are expanding our delivery team to maintain speed and service quality.

The Food Delivery Rider will be the face of our brand on the road. You will pick up hot orders from our kitchen, maintain food safety in transit, use our delivery app and navigation tools to meet estimated delivery times, and handle customer interactions professionally. We offer a stable full-time position with base pay, per-delivery incentives and performance bonuses. Training, PPE and a structured onboarding process are provided; opportunities exist to progress to senior rider, logistics lead or in-house dispatcher roles for proven performers.
