The Inhouse Chef Group

About the role

The Inhouse Chef Group operates a cluster of contemporary casual dining outlets and café concepts across central Singapore, serving a mix of CBD lunch crowds, after-work diners and weekend brunch guests. We pride ourselves on consistent quality, efficient service and a pragmatic approach to operations that supports both seasoned operators and new culinary ideas.

As Food & Beverage Executive you will work closely with outlet managers and the senior operations team to manage procurement, inventory, vendor relationships and cost-control measures. You will be a key liaison between kitchen and front-of-house, helping to translate commercial targets into practical daily procedures and supporting rostering, training and standards checks.

This is a hands-on role suited to an organised operator who enjoys both the administrative side (reports, supplier negotiations, stocktake) and being on the floor during busy periods or events. The position offers stable employment with a growing local group, exposure to multi-outlet operations and opportunities for career progression into outlet or regional roles.

About The Inhouse Chef Group

The Inhouse Chef Group runs a portfolio of neighbourhood restaurants, a modern kopitiam-style brunch café and a central dark kitchen serving delivery. Our concepts focus on approachable Asian-fusion and quality coffee, designed to serve office crowds and local residents alike.
