Fleet Manager (Food Delivery)
About the role
BluePlate Fleet Solutions operates as a delivery logistics partner to mid-size restaurants, cloud kitchens and café groups across Singapore. Our hub in Geylang / Paya Lebar handles breakfast, lunch and dinner peaks for both CBD and heartland customers. We focus on reliability, safety and fast turnarounds while maintaining strong service relationships with partner kitchens.
The Fleet Manager will be responsible for end-to-end fleet operations: rostering and supervision of riders/drivers, route and capacity planning, vehicle upkeep and vendor management, and ensuring compliance with local transport and workplace safety regulations. You will work closely with account managers and kitchen partners to deliver consistent on-time performance and drive continuous improvement of delivery KPIs.
This role suits a hands-on operations professional who can balance day-to-day problem solving with medium-term planning — implementing route optimisation, maintaining cost controls and building a disciplined rider culture. It's an opportunity to join a growing logistics outfit with regular shift patterns, career progression into regional operations and exposure to multiple F&B concepts including kopi-shop deliveries, zi char partners and cloud-kitchen networks.
