About the role

The Inhouse Chef Group operates a portfolio of casual dining concepts, pop-up hawker-style stalls and corporate catering services across central and heartland Singapore. We serve a mix of CBD lunch crowds, neighbourhood regulars and event clients, from kopitiam-style breakfasts to weekend brunches and corporate gala dinners. Our marketing team is compact and hands-on — we expect contributors to be comfortable rolling up their sleeves.

The core focus of this role is social media: planning the content calendar, producing short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok), running community engagement and supporting paid social campaigns. You'll work closely with chefs and outlet managers to translate daily specials, menu launches and pop-ups into compelling creative, and you will be equally responsible for measuring performance and optimising content.

The Inhouse Chef Group is a Singapore-based food group running neighbourhood restaurants, event catering and pop-up food activations. We combine approachable Asian flavours with modern presentation and run regular activations in malls, office precincts and heartland locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
  • Produce and edit short-form video (Reels / TikTok) and stills for menu items, behind-the-scenes and events
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement, respond to comments and messages and grow follower base organically
  • Run influencer outreach and manage collaborations, including contracts, briefing and performance tracking
  • Coordinate with outlet managers and chefs for shot lists, menu launches and promotional assets
  • Set up and monitor paid social ad campaigns; optimise creatives and targeting to meet KPI goals
  • Track and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and provide actionable insights
  • Support on-ground activations, photoshoots and event logistics (evenings and weekends as required)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in social media / digital marketing, ideally within F&B, hospitality or consumer brands
  • A strong portfolio showing social-first content, short-form video and campaign outcomes (links or reels preferred)
  • Confident video shooting and editing skills — mobile-first production, reels and basic motion graphics
  • Good copywriting in English; able to adapt tone for different concepts and audiences
  • Practical experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics or equivalent reporting tools
  • Ability to work on-site for shoots and events; flexibility for evenings and weekends on rotation
  • Eligible to work in Singapore

Work schedule

Typical week: 5 days per week with occasional evenings and weekends for shoots, events and activations.

  • Core hours roughly 9:30am–6:30pm, flexible start/end times with hybrid days
  • Evening onsite shifts for events or shoots (typically 5pm–10pm) on rotation
  • Weekend coverage for major campaigns or pop-ups (scheduled in advance)
