The In-House Chef Patisserie

About the role

The In-House Chef Patisserie is a fast-growing artisan bakery operating a central kitchen in the East and pop-up kiosks across CBD and heartland malls. We specialise in cakes, pastries and grab-and-go breakfast items that serve both retail customers and corporate orders.

You will own the end-to-end online sales channel — from product listing, promotions and pricing to order management, last-mile delivery integration and customer service. This role combines digital marketing coordination, operations process design and hands-on problem solving during volume peaks (weekends, festivals, corporate order days).

We offer a chance to scale an e-commerce business within a hospitality-first environment, with clear exposure to multi-channel food delivery partners, inventory and production planning. Ideal for someone who understands both the technical e-commerce stack and the realities of perishable food fulfilment.
