About the role

Don Signature Crab is a popular seafood catering and restaurant group specialising in live-crab dishes and family-style zi char banquet menus for corporate lunches, private events and weekend gatherings. We operate a central kitchen and multiple event setups across the island and pride ourselves on consistent food quality, reliable service and repeat corporate accounts.

The Catering Sales Executive will focus on generating new leads, managing corporate and private-event enquiries, preparing proposals and overseeing event delivery in partnership with our kitchen and operations teams. You will be the client-facing owner from first contact through invoicing — coordinating menu selections, site visits and on-day execution to ensure each event runs smoothly.

This role suits an organised sales professional with F&B or catering experience who enjoys client contact and understands kitchen constraints. It's an excellent opportunity to build a sales book within a stable local brand, earn commission on top of base pay and develop into senior events or sales roles as the catering arm grows.
