Barista
About the role
Little Bean Co. is a neighbourhood specialty café known for single-origin espresso, hand-pour coffees and a compact brunch menu. Our outlet in Tiong Bahru serves a mix of residents, cafe-enthusiasts and the CBD lunch crowd, with busy morning and weekend peaks.
As our Barista you'll be responsible for daily espresso service, basic equipment maintenance, stock control and frontline customer service. We provide structured on-the-job training for candidates keen to develop latte art and extraction skills. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into senior barista or cafe supervisor roles within a small multi-outlet indie roaster.
We value consistency, cleanliness and a positive attitude: you'll work closely with a small team, handle POS transactions, support stock ordering and occasionally assist with light food prep. Opportunities for training, internal progression and participation in cupping sessions are available for motivated team members.
