Assistant Restaurant Manager
About the role
Don Signature Crab is a popular casual seafood restaurant specialising in Singapore-style crabs and communal sharing platters. Located in the heart of the East Coast / Katong dining belt, our venue serves both neighbourhood families and the weekend coastal crowd with a lively, informal dining atmosphere.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee shift operations, supervise service staff, manage reservations and ensure consistent service standards across lunch and dinner. You will be responsible for staff coaching, maintaining health and safety standards, handling escalated guest feedback and supporting inventory and vendor coordination. This role suits a hands-on hospitality professional who enjoys fast-paced service, seafood-focused menus and building a dependable front-of-house team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into full Restaurant Manager responsibilities within a stable local brand. We offer on-the-job training, career progression across outlets as we expand, and the chance to shape service standards at a busy neighbourhood destination.
