Service Crew / Wait Staff
About the role
Little Red Kopitiam is a neighbourhood kopitiam-style outlet serving kopi, toast, zi char-sharing dishes and quick lunch sets for the nearby offices and residential blocks. We combine traditional kopitiam favourites with a modern, clean dining area and a dependable lunch delivery service.
The Service Crew / Wait Staff role will be front-of-house facing: greeting customers, taking orders (POS), serving food and drinks, clearing tables and maintaining hygiene standards. You will work closely with a small team of fellow crew and kitchen partners during busy breakfast and lunch peaks as well as weekend service.
This position suits candidates who enjoy a fast-paced, social environment and are comfortable standing for long periods. Training will be provided on our menu, POS and service standards. There is clear scope to progress into supervisory or multi-outlet roles for reliable performers.
